Cleaner Plate Club in Boston Globe Magazine

Takin’ back the snack:  Cleaner Plate Club is in the Boston Globe Magazine today, with recipes for healthier snacking. This includes a delish recipe for cookies tweaked to boost their nutrition, make your own microwave popcorn, and salt and vinegar kale chips (as always, thanks to Shannon Toye for that inspiration).   2. I saw this and shrieked, “I know her!!!!” And then had to do one of those awkward, “well, I don’t really “know” her but I read her blog and well, kind of know her online. . .” dances. LOL. Gotta love the internet.

    But, very happy that your words and message are getting out to a wider audience. Congrats on the book! So exciting!
